شرایط استفاده
Effective date: 27 August 2026. These terms apply to Afghan Eats customer, rider, restaurant-partner and related support services. They describe the operating rules of the platform and do not replace any separate written employment, contractor, restaurant or commercial agreement.
تاریخ اجرا: ۲۷ آگست ۲۰۲۶. این شرایط بر خدمات مشتری، پیک، شریک رستورانت و پشتیبانی افغان ایتس تطبیق میشود. این متن قواعد عملیاتی پلتفرم را توضیح میدهد و جایگزین قرارداد جداگانه استخدام، پیمانکاری، رستورانت یا قرارداد تجارتی نمیشود.
Accounts and eligibility
حساب و شرایط استفاده
Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Rider access is restricted to riders approved by Afghan Eats operations. A rider may not share an approved account, customer information, delivery PIN or private support material with another person.
کاربران باید معلومات درست ارائه کنند و مشخصات ورود را محفوظ نگه دارند. دسترسی پیک فقط برای پیکهای تأییدشده توسط تیم عملیاتی افغان ایتس است. پیک حق ندارد حساب تأییدشده، معلومات مشتری، PIN تحویل یا مواد خصوصی پشتیبانی را با شخص دیگری شریک کند.
Rider responsibilities
مسئولیتهای پیک
- Follow the delivery stages shown in the app and only confirm statuses that have actually occurred.
- Use customer address, phone and delivery notes only to complete the assigned delivery.
- Use location sharing only during an active assigned delivery and keep the device and account under the rider's control.
- Handle food, packages and customer interactions safely and professionally and follow applicable traffic and local requirements.
- Report delivery, safety, fraud, account or technical problems through Afghan Eats support.
- مراحل تحویل داخل اپ را رعایت کرده و فقط وضعیتهایی را تأیید کند که واقعاً انجام شده است.
- آدرس، تلفن و یادداشت مشتری را فقط برای انجام همان تحویل تخصیصشده استفاده کند.
- اشتراک موقعیت را فقط هنگام تحویل فعال استفاده کرده و دستگاه و حساب را تحت کنترول خود نگه دارد.
- غذا، بسته و تعامل با مشتری را با ایمنی و رفتار مسلکی انجام داده و الزامات ترافیکی و محلی را رعایت کند.
- مشکل تحویل، ایمنی، تقلب، حساب یا تخنیکی را به پشتیبانی افغان ایتس گزارش دهد.
Assignments, availability and records
مأموریتها، دسترسی و سوابق
Delivery assignments, shifts and availability shown in the app depend on live server state and may change because of order status, restaurant readiness, operational reassignment or connectivity. Delivery and earnings records shown in the app are operational records and should be raised with support if a discrepancy is found.
مأموریتهای تحویل، شیفت و دسترسی نمایشدادهشده در اپ وابسته به وضعیت زنده سرور است و ممکن است به دلیل وضعیت سفارش، آمادهبودن رستورانت، تخصیص مجدد عملیاتی یا اتصال تغییر کند. سوابق تحویل و درآمد داخل اپ سوابق عملیاتی است و در صورت اختلاف باید با پشتیبانی مطرح شود.
Privacy and acceptable use
حریم خصوصی و استفاده مجاز
Use of personal information is governed by the Afghan Eats Privacy Policy. Users must not scrape, copy, publish, sell, misuse or retain customer or rider information outside the purpose for which it was provided. Attempts to bypass authentication, alter delivery state dishonestly, interfere with the service or upload unlawful or harmful content are prohibited.
استفاده از معلومات شخصی مطابق سیاست حریم خصوصی افغان ایتس است. کاربران نباید معلومات مشتری یا پیک را خارج از هدف ارائهشده استخراج، کاپی، منتشر، بفروشند، سوءاستفاده یا نگهداری کنند. دورزدن احراز هویت، تغییر نادرست وضعیت تحویل، اخلال در سرویس یا بارگذاری محتوای غیرقانونی یا زیانآور ممنوع است.
Suspension and termination
تعلیق و خاتمه
Afghan Eats may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary for safety, suspected fraud, account compromise, policy violations or operational investigation. Users may request account closure and personal-data deletion as described on the data deletion page.
افغان ایتس میتواند در صورت ضرورت معقول برای ایمنی، تقلب مشکوک، بهخطر افتادن حساب، نقض قواعد یا بررسی عملیاتی دسترسی را محدود یا تعلیق کند. کاربر میتواند مطابق صفحه حذف معلومات درخواست بستهشدن حساب و حذف معلومات شخصی کند.
Service availability and changes
دسترسی سرویس و تغییرات
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, connectivity, third-party outages, safety or operational reasons. Features and these terms may be updated as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
سرویس ممکن است به دلیل نگهداری، مشکلات اتصال، اختلال ارائهدهندگان دیگر، ایمنی یا دلایل عملیاتی موقتاً قطع شود. قابلیتها و این شرایط با توسعه سرویس ممکن است بهروزرسانی شود. تغییرات مهم در این صفحه با تاریخ اجرای جدید درج میشود.
