Afghan Eats customers and approved riders may request closure of their account and deletion of associated personal data. This page can be used even if you no longer have the app installed.

مشتریان و پیک‌های تأییدشده افغان ایتس می‌توانند درخواست بسته‌شدن حساب و حذف معلومات شخصی مرتبط را ارسال کنند. حتی اگر اپ را دیگر نصب نداشته باشید می‌توانید از این صفحه استفاده کنید.

How to request deletion

چگونه درخواست حذف بدهید

Email support@afghaneats.net with the subject Account and data deletion request.
State whether the request is for a customer account or rider account.
Provide the email address and phone number associated with the account. Do not send a password, delivery PIN, Google password or payment credential.
Afghan Eats support may ask for limited additional verification before processing the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.

به support@afghaneats.net با عنوان درخواست حذف حساب و معلومات ایمیل بفرستید.
مشخص کنید درخواست مربوط به حساب مشتری است یا حساب پیک.
ایمیل و شماره تماس مرتبط با حساب را بنویسید. رمز عبور، PIN تحویل، رمز گوگل یا معلومات پرداخت را ارسال نکنید.
برای جلوگیری از حذف غیرمجاز، پشتیبانی افغان ایتس ممکن است پیش از اجرا معلومات محدود دیگری برای تأیید هویت درخواست کند.

What is deleted

چه چیزهایی حذف می‌شود

After verification, Afghan Eats will close the account and delete or de-identify personal information that is no longer required for delivery operations, account security, support, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting or lawful obligations. Active device push tokens will be disabled. Data that must be retained for a legitimate operational or legal reason will be restricted to that purpose and removed when the retention need ends.

پس از تأیید، افغان ایتس حساب را می‌بندد و معلومات شخصی‌ای را که دیگر برای عملیات تحویل، امنیت حساب، پشتیبانی، حل اختلاف، جلوگیری از تقلب، حسابداری یا الزامات قانونی لازم نیست حذف یا بی‌هویت می‌کند. توکن‌های فعال اعلان دستگاه غیرفعال می‌شود. معلوماتی که برای دلیل معتبر عملیاتی یا قانونی باید نگهداری شود فقط برای همان هدف محدود شده و پس از پایان نیاز حذف می‌شود.
