1. Service Description

Afghan Eats is an online food ordering and delivery platform connecting customers with local restaurants in Herat City, Afghanistan.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery information you provide is accurate. Afghan Eats is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

3. Payment

All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery. Payment is made directly to the delivery rider upon receipt of your order.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone to cancel. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Refunds

If your order is incorrect or not delivered, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Restaurant Content

Menu information is provided by partner restaurants. Afghan Eats strives to keep menus accurate but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of prices and availability.
