How do I place an order?

1. Sign in to your Afghan Eats account
2. Browse restaurants in your area
3. Select items from the menu
4. Add items to your cart
5. Proceed to checkout and place your order
6. Track your delivery in real-time

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). This means you can pay the delivery rider directly when your food arrives. Additional payment methods will be available soon.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by restaurant and location. Each restaurant shows its estimated delivery time when you browse. Most deliveries in Herat take 20-40 minutes from order confirmation.

What if my order is late?

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team immediately. We'll investigate and work with the restaurant and rider to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.

How do I become a rider?

Visit our "Become a Rider" page and fill out the registration form. You'll need a valid ID, phone number, and a vehicle (motorcycle, bicycle, car, or scooter). Our team will review your application and contact you within 24 hours.

How do I add my restaurant?

Visit our "Add Your Restaurant" page and complete the registration form. You'll need business registration documents, a menu, and contact information. Our team will verify your restaurant and activate your account within 2-3 business days.
